I lost my cellphone this morning. Searched for it everywhere in the limited number of places I'd been so far, couldn't find it. Was starting to doubt my own memory and senses - maybe I'd really gone somewhere I didn't remember! Maybe I had taken it with me when I went out to search the car for another missing object! Maybe I hadn't been using it to look at pictures of octopus fifteen minutes earlier!

Found it under the cat.

She was very offended when it started to ring. How dare the warm oblong make disruptive noises when she was cuddling it so nice?

*sporfle!* I've not lost my phone that way, but I did spend about 20 minutes searching for the remote control that had been right there, I'd used it to change channels not five minutes ago, was I losing my mind, etc....and yep, under the cat XD
