In other, less spill my guts style news, we adopted another kitty a few weeks ago!

Her name is Eliza and she's a calico! She likes watching the world through windows and talking to her new humans. Also, fighting cat toys.

Today she was wiggling around on a stair tread because it felt so good and I was petting her!

...and she fell off.

Kitties are the best. Mine likes sleeping on the edge of the radiator and staring out the window at the fluttering leaves.

KITTY KITTY -

We've been a At Least One Kitty household for twenty five years or so. We've never lost a cat and not had another cat there already while we were grieving - so I guess, even though we were talking during Ginger's illness about maybe not getting more cats - - -

well holding out about a month and half is probably kind of impressive sort of. in some way.
