I've been attempting to distract my brain away from free floating dread by a combination of Norse mythology and literature and listening to the cast recording of A Year With Frog and Toad over, and over, and over.

It is possible that this is going to have weird consequences.

Or not. I do have a lot of stuff I am supposed to be writing to get in the way, after all.

P.S. Frog&Toad are still the formative friendship of my heart.

I only come here to think how I'm happy
I love being a frog, in the warm, sunny summer
but mostly I'm happy

HOW HAVE I NEVER MENTIONED IT BEFORE. Lobel's daughter commissioned it. It is GLORIOUS. It was nominated for three Tonys, and it's gentle and loving and lovely!
