Oh, God, Tristan, stop getting entitlement all over the place. *snicker* Best phrasing ever for my reaction to Tristan.
Hey, Galahad, you adorable creepy little suicidal freak, c'mere. I think you made me like Galahad, actually, though I don't know if I ever actually commented on those stories. He comes at the end of such a long line of condemning other heroes for being human beings (Gawain's too worldly, Lancelot's too in love with Guinevere, etc) that it's easy to blame him, but he really is a sweetheart taken on his own terms. A messed up sweetheart.
Merlin really needs to learn the meaning of “not funny once”. *radiates inquiring curiosity*
Uther needs to learn what consent means ohgodsogross. Yes, yes, yes. Oh, yes.
And I'm a sucker for Galahad/Heliabel and Galahad/Percival in all the weird, chaste permutations they can come up with for that. Hmm. Don't know Heliabel. Must go look up now. Delighted agreement with the rest of your 'ships, though.
No one has ever made me like Uther/Igraine. Um, yes. The basic outline is so exceedingly awful that I tend to read even the ones that try as either tragic or Stockholm-like.
