I really desperately did not want to go to that doctor appointment because I was so scared, but I did, and I probably sounded super ridiculous and even less generally on top of things and mentally healthy than I am, which is saying something, but I got what I needed and it was not awful except in my head.
I mean, no one was being awful.
Except the inside of my head.
Which is generally pretty terrible. But I'm used to that. It's like the background radiation of my own personal universe, making the radio telescopes go bzzzzt and fuzzy.
