Well. There is a reason I don't listen to NPR while my brother's around!

And it mostly has to do with its tendency to hit on subjects that make me swear and snarl and flex my hands on the steering wheel in a useless attempt to relieve my feelings.

And then I keep listening! In hopes someone will make the obvious objection! But it's like everyone on the program is coming down a staircase, and they get to the last step, or maybe to the last landing, and they just stand there. They don't go down to the ground and keep on moving, they just stand there on the last step and Rrrrr. Rrrrr. Rrrrrr.

Sometimes they even act like the ground isn't there. It is! It's right there! It's right friggin' there, just step down to it and argue your case from level, stable footing, for heaven's sake!

Am I really that radical? Evidently!
